“Я вывучаў не абавязкі, а правы і свабоды”

Ёсць меркаванне, быццам змагацца чалавеку з дзяржавай – як спрабаваць зрушыць гару. Аб гэтым цвердзіць дзвесце шэсцьдзясят чатыры скаргі на Беларусь, дасланыя ў КПЧ ААН, – і заўжды, як пад капірку, дзяржава адказвае, што нічога не парушала.

Але адзін чалавек здзейсніў неверагоднае. Пакуль ягоная скарга на парушэнне свабоды сходаў рушыла калідорамі ААН, старшыня Вярхоўнага суда скасаваў рашэнне суда раённага і пастанавіў нават вярнуць удзельніку пікета сплочаны штраф.
