On November 22-25, 2009 the second regional meeting of the South Caucasus Network of Human Rights Defenders was held in Tbilisi, Georgia.

On the initiative of HR Center and the South Caucasus Network for HR Defenders, the South Caucasus Network defenders from Republic of Armenia, Republic of Azerbaijan and Georgia, the HRHouse Foundation from Norway as well as other members of NGO community protested against the arbitrary detention of the activists of “7 November” movement.
