They call upon the Minister of Internal Affairs and the Prosecutor General of the Republic of Azerbaijan to put an end to the attacks, detention and harassment of human rights defenders and to take steps in order to foster a safe environment for human rights defenders, in line with Azerbaijan’s international obligations and commitments, including as a member of the Council of Europe.
