Panel discussion on Burma

On the 12-14 December Norasia arranges the Conference of the Network for Asia Studies at the University of Oslo. The theme is “Asia’s Century: Where is the Asia Research?” There will be a special panel discussion at the conference dedicated to the Norwegian Burma research.

Nobel Prize Winners: One Year On

A year on from the 2010 Nobel Prize Ceremony, English PEN, the founding centre of the international association of writers, are delighted to present two documentaries on last year’s Peace and Literature Prize winners – Chinese dissident writer Liu Xiaobo and Peruvian author Mario Vargas Llosa – both of whom have a long history of working with PEN.
