Now, towards the end of the year, having fundraised throughout the year, the Serbian Civil Council will fund the repair work needed to the homes of the ten Serbian families in the Canton of Sarajevo found to be in the most urgent need of such help . The Council intends to continue this kind of very concrete, material work also in 2004 and beyond.

The psychological toll on the Ukrainian population is profound, with widespread reports of trauma, anxiety, and stress-related disorders. Ukrainian civil society organisations have mobilised to provide critical support to those in need while often needing support themselves.
