The task of the team was to draft a report and submit it to the President within 12 weeks following the date of team’s appointment. At the end of December 2011 the Foundation requested to be given access to the report.
The disclosed document contains, among other things, the analysis of rules which ought to be applied to deletion of any sensitive data contained in the Supreme Court’s rulings and the relevant procedure that has to be developed. However, as the authors of the report admit, ‘in the course of works on the Report many new issues have emerged, which are directly related to the question of implementing uniform rules for deletion of any sensitive data contained in the rulings and publication of rulings’. According to the authors, the report provides a foundation for implementing the processes of far-reaching deletion of any sensitive data contained in the rulings and publishing the latter in an online case-law database.
