The start was given on 10 February at the press centre of the Human Rights House Azerbaijan. 89 people attended the event including representatives of media, diplomatic missions, young people studying at different universities and working at different organizations.
The aim of the event was to promote Norway among the youth in Azerbaijan, to learn from the democratic values of Norway.
The event started with introduction followed by the Anthem of Norway. Then the representatives of the Club gave presentations on 
different aspects of Norway, including general information, history, geography, tourism. After the presentation the participants asked different questions.
In the coming next 3 weeks the Club will give presentations on the culture, sport, politics, economy, natural resources of Norway, its co-operation with Azerbaijan, the work of Statoil in Azerbaijan, etc. It is expected that HE Mr John Ramberg, Norway Ambassador to Azerbaijan will attend the closing ceremony of the Norway Days in Azerbaijan which will be held on the last week of February.
All the participants evaluated the event a very successful and interesting one and thanked the organisers for the opportunity. In their own turn, the organisers also thanked Human Rights House Azerbaijan for creating the opportunity to hold the event in the press centre of the House.
The next event is scheduled for Monday, 15 February which will also be held at the press centre of the Human Rights House Azerbaijan.
