The lecture will commence at 5.30 p.m. at the University of Warsaw, ul. Krakowskie Przedmieście 26/28, in Kazimierzowski Palace, Brudziński lecture hall. It will be held in French, with simultaneous interpretation into Polish. The lecture has the honorary patronage of the Rector of the University of Warsaw and the Dean of the University’s Law and Administration Department.

The lectures in memory of Marek Nowicki, the first and long-sitting President of the Helsinki Foundation for Human Rights, have been held since 2004.’Lecturers are distinguished international human rights experts.
