WATCH DOCS is one of the major human rights film festivals worldwide. The film agenda of this year’s festival edition comprises a competition part during which films will be rated by an international jury, four permanent sessions ("I Want to See", "The Discreet Charm of Propaganda", “Close-ups”, and "New Polish Films"), thematic retrospectives and special screenings. The screenings will be accompanied by meetings with artists, panel debates attended by invited guests and workshops hosted by film makers.

Apart from the international film festival held in Warsaw, WATCH DOCS is also a travelling festival which each year visits nearly 40 cities and towns in Poland. Selected festival films may also be viewed on the WATCH DOCS channel on the kinoplex.pl website. In such a way WATCH DOCS films reach the audience of more than 70 thousand annually.

Submissions can be made by sending films on DVD and the completed application form to: WATCH DOCS ul. Zgoda 11, 00-018 Warszawa, Poland.

We also accept online versions for viewing. Application forms and festival rules can be downloaded here: http://www.watchdocs.pl/2013/a/submit_film-article-10-en.html
