ECtHR Condemns the Russian Federation in Three Cases from Chechnya

The European Court of Human Rights (ECtHR) today unanimously condemned the Russian Federation for the enforced disappearance of five young men and the extra-judicial killing of another man in different locations the Chechen Republic between October 2002 and April 2004, Russian Justice Initiative said today.
