BOK-a-vaere-tsjetsjener-2006.jpgAnna Politkovskaya 100.jpgKillings, disappearances and torture have all become commonplace events to the people of the Chechen Republic, but the conflict is only rarely paid much attention in the media. The assassination of he journalist Anna Politkovskaya, right, clearly demonstrates how difficult it is to report from the war in the Caucasus region. This book, therefore, is a unique document in which youth and children from the war zone get to tell about their everyday lives, their stories and their aspirations.

(The seminar begins at 10.30 and finishes at 12.00. The book is published in Russian and Norwegian only)
