Main goal of the Bulletin is to learn and promote the decisions of the European Court in Azerbaijan. It includes recent decisions of the Court in Azerbaijani language.
It will be published on quarterly base, with 1000 circulation and will be distributed free of charge among judges, lawyers, advocates, human rights defenders, prosecutors, police, students of law faculties and other interested people.
On 4 September at the Council of Europe Office in Azerbaijan was held a launching press conference of the bulletin with participation of Ms Veronika Kotek, Special Representative of the Secretary General in Azerbaijan, Mr Ali Huseynov, Chairman of Azerbaijan Lawyers Confederation and Chairman of the Legal Policy and State Building Commission of the Milli Mejlis and Chingiz Askerov, Special Agent of Azerbaijan Republic at the European Court of Human Rights.
