CURE Foundation will hold another X-PRESS session, now within the international campagin ”16 Days of Activism” regarding the topic ”Usage of adequate terminology in the media while reporting on marginalized groups”. The speaker will be Ekrem Tinjak, and the session will be held on the Faculty of Political Sciences in Sarajevo.

X-PRESS sessions are envisioned as informal gatherings at breakfast, coffee, while thematic video projections and analysis of actual cases of media reporting on marginalized and minority groups in Bosnia and Herzegovina are being dicussed.

They are attended by BH journalists and members of NGOs that represent marginalized and minority groups from B&H. Mutual aim is equal and fair approach to media for all social groups and respect of ethical standards of journalism profession.

X-PRESS sessions are organized by Foundation CURE and Helsinki Assembly of Citizens from Republic of Srpska. They are being implemented in cities of Sarajevo and Banjaluka.

Project is financed by Delegation of European Commission in B&H.
