Association for Promotion of Inclusion and Institute for Market Development in Croatia, have conducted a project called “Employment of persons with disabilities – professional help for employers” which is financed by Ministry of Health and Social Care of the Republic of Croatia. The aim of the project is to increase open positions for persons with disabilities by offering professional help to employers regarding the capacities of persons with disabilities and to promote employment of persons with disabilities in accordance to their competences.

Croatian Union of Physically Disabled Persons Association  (HSUTI) also participated in the project activities that aim to promote possibilities of employment for persons with disabilities. Internet portal MojPosao gave full support to the project, thus final results and catalogue of the open working places for persons with disabilities, have been published on the portal MojPosao in order to be available to wider number of employers.

The project, as well as the catalogue presented, are conducted in a way to promote the employment of persons with disabilities according to their competences. The project is focused to the competences of an individual regarding work and contribution to its successful realization

The project also aims to raise the awareness and knowledge of employers and managers on possibilities of employment of persons with disabilities, and it aims to conduct a database of vacancies that will ease their quest for employee and inform them on possibilities of employment of persons with disabilities, as Catalogue of vacancies for persons with disabilities offers.
