Human Rights House of Sarajevo invites all interested members of the Informal Coalition for UPR of B&H, postgraduate and alumni students of the human rights department of the University of Sarajevo and journalists, to come and join us so that we together monitor UPR session of Bosnia and Herzegovina, in regards to the assessment of human rights situation in our country.
The UPR session of B&H will be projected in the period from 14.30 to 17.30 in the premises of the Mediacenter in Sarajevo, street Kolodvorska 3.
UPR session includes three-hour overview of the BiH Human Rights reports that are submitted to the UN late last year: the National Report which was compiled by the Government, and the report made by the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR), on the basis of reports received by NGOs organizations and institutions for human rights in BiH.
In the final report of OHCHR, joint UPR report of the Informal NGO Coalition for UPR of B&H was cited and referred to, even 47 times.
