The UN Committee against Torture will consider the implementation of the Convention against Torture and Other Cruel, Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment in the Republic of Belarus.
Various NGOs have submitted their reports, including a group of Belarusian independent human rights NGOs supported by the Belarusian Human Rights House in exile and the Human Rights House Foundation (HRHF):

- Legal Transformation Centre;
- Platform;
- Human Rights Centre Viasna.
HRHF will provide live webcasting on the Human Rights House Network‘s website of the review of Belarus at the Committee on 11 November (10h-13h) and on 14 November (15h-18h).
