The musicians Musikerne Mathias Eick, Andreas Ulvo and Mats Eilertsen will open the ceremony by performing the piece “Oslo”. Gry Larsen, State Secretary at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, will give the speech of congratulations to the prize laureates. Alexander Golts, political commentator and editor-in-chief of the online newspaper Ezhenedelny Zhurnal, will give the speech “Foreign Policy of Russia at Vladimir Putin’s third term” on behalf of the laureates.
