HRHF and several INGOs call on members of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) to urge their governments to seriously assess an inter-State application against Georgia before the European Court of Human Rights. The joint letter seeks concrete follow-up to PACE Resolution 2664 (2026) amid escalating restrictions on fundamental rights, democratic institutions and the rule of law in Georgia.
