Working group of the project “Electronic Human Rights Education for Lawyers” including Russian representative of the Steering Committee Liubov Vinogradova (Russian Research Center for Human Rights, Russia), National Coordinator in the Russian Federation Eugenia Adrova (Russian Research Center for Human Rights, Russia), National Expert in the Russian Federation Boris Panteleev (Russian Research Center for Human Rights, Russia) and the Manager of an international program International Law in Advocacy Lyudmila Uliashina (Human Rights House Foundation , Norway) took part at the conference European Convention on Protection of Human Rights and Freedoms, Results and Perspectives held on the 20th of , 2010 in Moscow.
Lyudmila Uliashina and Boris Panteleev presented the project and reported about the project’s results and perspectives of its development.
The participants discussed such issues as legal aspects of implementation of international norms on human rights in Russian legal system, problems of cooperation between the Russian Federation and the European Council, general aspects of human rights concept and human rights protection.
