Information available on the website covers the missions already conducted within the project and testimonials of participants. Everyone is free to leave his/her own testimonial or comment.

The website is also practically applicable for those willing to engage in observation, since it allows for an online submission of an application form.

The project initiators are expecting the website to become a virtual platform for monitors from Belarus and abroad to share their ideas and experience.

Currently, a new call for applications has been announced for those who would like to go through a theoretical training course and to take part in a practical observation of elections in Ukraine in January 2010. The call is open till 8 November.

The project was launched more than two years ago. 5 international observation missions to Georgia, Lithuania and Norway have been already conducted, with Belarusian, Lithuanian, Norwegian, and Swedish monitors onboard.

Prior to  missions, the participants always take a theory training delivered by well-known political scientists, human rights defenders and other experts.

This project is jointly implemented by United Centre of Initiatives for Belarus (JuBIC), Swedish International Liberal Centre (SILC), European Humanities University (EHU) and Belarusian Human Rights House in Vilnius (HRH) and supported by the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
