Say NO to the waiting list for Herceptin

Association Renesansa from Bosnia and Herzegovina is organizing petition signing in Sarajevo for the elimination of the waiting list for the cure against breast cancer, Herceptin. In the most regional countries, this cure is available for all women who suffer from the breast cancer, while 87 women in Federation B&H are on the waiting list for it.

In order to stop this shameful and outrageous violation of the right to life to these women, reach wider public and make local, but as well international pressure on the Federal Government of B&H, Human Rights House Sarajevo has created an online petition that can be found on the link:

HRC56: Concerns related to freedom of expression in Serbia

On the sidelines of the 56th session of the UN Human Rights Council, Human Rights House Foundation underlined several concerns related to freedom of expression in Serbia including Strategic Lawsuits Against Public Participation (SLAPPs), the misuse of the Law on the Prevention of Money-Laundering and the Financing of Terrorism to target civil society organisations, and inadequate protection mechanisms for journalists and the persistent impunity for crimes against them.
