The issue of interethnic relations, the situation of national minorities and the question of "others" occupy the attention and constant topic of social and political debates. 

Naturally, this issue is related directly to the human rights issues. Therefore, the Helsinki Committee for Human Rights in B&H – HCHR, in order to contribute to finding the best possible answers and solutions, organizes an informal discussion about this broad topic.

The debate will be held on Thursday, 28 January 2010, starting at 11.00 hours in the House of Human Rights in Sarajevo.

In order to encourage the debate, HCHR delivers material entitled: ”Report of the Helsinki Committee for Human Rights in Bosnia and Herzegovina on the measures taken in combating racism, intolerance and the emergence of ethnic and religious discrimination and segregation in B&H”.
