From Afghanistan the Minister of Rural Rehabilitation and Development, Mohammed Ehsan Zia, the Chairperson of Afghan Independent Human Rights Commission, Sima Samar, 
Member of Parliament, Shukria Barakzai and the Ambassador to Norway and former spokesperson for president Karzai, Javed Ludin is coming. In addition Ahmad Walid Afzali and Mohammad Sharif Tareen both from the national NGO Sanayee working
with peace education will participate.
