The Kenya Human Rights House brought closer to reality
Years of work for the establishment of a Human Rights House in Nairobi seems about to be paying off. Since last year´s elections, three committed donors have come forward. While others are pending, a piece of land may also be donated. (22-AUG-03)
A Further Step Towards the Establishment of a Human Rights House in Minsk
Continued harassment of human rights NGOs in the Republic of Belarus confirms the need for a Human Rights House to be established as soon as possible. In June, the Belarusian Human Rights House Association was founded to that effect. (22-AUG-03)

Reconciliation prize to Enver Djuliman of the Norwegian Helsinki Committee
The prize is awarded by “Travel for peace”, and is to be awarded each year to persons or organizations that work actively for reconciliation. Mr. Djuliman receives the prize for his good work for refugees in Norway and the Norwegian society in general, as well as for his contribution to reconciliation processes in ex-Yugoslavia.
