I am proud to contribute to the important work of human rights defenders, through providing administrative support to establish transparent and accountable operational principles and standards.
Yanina is the primary point of contact for Human Rights Houses when it comes to budgeting, financial reporting and compliance. She provides administrative and logistical support to HRHF’s partners, ensuring that procedural regulations and standards are adhered to. Additionally, she is responsible for administrative and logistical support for HRHF’s activities primarily at HRHF’s headquarters in Oslo, but also organisation-wide.
Prior to joining HRHF in 2018, Yanina was responsible for an international project at Confederation of Norwegian Enterprise (NHO). She has a master’s degree in Political Science from St. Petersburg State University, and has completed courses in Corporate Governance from BI Norwegian Business School and Project Management from SKEMA Business School in France.
