Main Responsibilities

Sub-grants Reporting and Compliance:

  • Monitor timely and accurate reporting of partners in accordance with subgrant agreement terms
  • Control expenses in financial reports to ensure that expenditures are eligible, reasonable, and that supporting documentation is filed and retained in a required way
  • Review and validate procurement documents drafted by sub-grantees
  • Consolidate reports from countries for donor reporting and internal management purposes as per required timelines
  • Record any regular key performance indicators for project(s), providing narrative explanations for variances versus expectations where appropriate
  • Record related financial data in financial systems and registers

Logistic and Administrative Support

  • Document archiving

Coordinate travel arrangements for HRHF and partners, such as workshops, trainings e.g. book accommodation for participants, photocopy of materials, arrange transport, supply stationery


Authority within job description and ethical guidelines.



  • A university degree in finance, accounting, contract administration or related field.

Employment history

  • 1 year of working in the field of both finance and administration
  • Financial reporting, contract management
  • Experience with EU grants highly appreciated

Skills and abilities

  • Good oral/written knowledge of English and Russian, Ukrainian will be an advantage
  • Good Excel skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Knowledge of civil society will be an advantage
