The Human Rights House Network unites established and emerging Human Rights Houses in 4 regions, namely Western Balkans, Eastern Europe and Caucasus, Western Europe and East and Horn of Africa.

Human Rights Houses enjoy either full or associated membership in the Network, which is decided upon by the International Advisory Board. Associated members participate in all the Network's activities but do not have a voting right in the Annual Network Meeting.
