Bosnia and Herzegovina – Human Rights House Sarajevo
The Human Rights House in Sarajevo was established in 1998 with the support of the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Law Students Humanitarian Action (HumAk) and the Human Rights House Foundation in Oslo. The House has become a place where the representatives of NGOs meet and work together and is open for holding seminars and workshops, round tables, press conferences, meetings, gatherings, promotions of books etc. for other NGOs in B&H.

UN concluding observations on the racial discrimination in BiH

BiH regulatory institutions brought under government control
Late last year, the BiH Parliament ruled that the Communication's Regulatory Agency - CRA, along with several other regulatory institutions, are to be categorised as administrative units. The decision, still standing, represents a threat to independence of regulatory agencies in BiH, since their classification as administrative units places them under the control of various ministries and the BiH Government. 17 May 2010 »
