Three-day seminar on strategic planning took place in Veles and gathered NGOs who are or have been supported by Kvinna Till Kvinna, one of them being Macedonian Women's Rights Center - Shelter Center.

The aim of the seminar was to present tools and methods which are helpful for establishment and maintenance of successful  management of the organizations, to introduce what necessary steps are to be taken in order to face with the challenges in the organization and deal with unexpected risks. 

Each NGO made SWOT analysis of its organization and determined in such a way its strong and weak sides, possibilities, but also threats.  Consequently, they have strengthen their awareness of their vision and mission of the organization, and found the training outcome meaningful and important for their future decision making processes and solution finding in order to achieve their organizational or project aims.

In the forthcoming period,  each organization, on  separate workshops,  with assistance of  CIRa experts, will prepare its own 3-year strategic plan by which they will operate in the future.
