Appeals from the International Helsinki Federation

Approximately 60 human rights defenders from Helsinki Committees in the Balkans, the Caucasus, Central Asia, Europe and North America attended the General Assembly Meeting of the International Helsinki Federation for Human Rights (IHF) in Zagreb on 15-18 November.
