States advocating traditional values in reality aim at raising their own cultural norms and particularities above international law and standards. Turkey's president in dialogue with PEN International delegation
The PEN delegation visited Turkey from 12 - 18 November. PEN International and PEN branches from the USA, Sweden, England, Turkey and Norway participated.
