HRH in Uganda

The Human Rights House project in Kampala was conceived in 2002-2003. Its aim is to bring together in one location a selection of key human rights organisations. So far, the nine organisations working together to establish the HRH Uganda have not achieved their goal, but continue to work together as a virtual house on issues including torture, legal aid, women, children and environmental rights. The Uganda HRH project is managed by the Human Rights Network - Uganda.
