The Right of the Child is a regional, non-governmental organization for the protection of children's rights. It was registered in 1998 and since then become the main organ for the execution of joint programs among the Center’s Groups for the protection of children. A special part of its work is its Human Rights Service for Children (with daily surgery, providing humanitarian assistance, etc.) as well as the development and implementation of proposals for the establishment of mechanisms for monitoring the observance of children’s rights and for realizing the right of every child to live and be brought up in a caring family environment. »

The Union of the Committees of Soldier's Mothers of the Russian Federation was founded in 1991 and provides practical assistance to conscripts and their families. The situation for military servicemen and conscripts in the Russian army is grave.
