The International Secretariat of the World Organisation Against Torture (OMCT) requests your URGENT intervention in a recent case of enforced disappearance, with allegations of torture and other forms of ill-treatment, death threats, fear for safety, and risk of impunity in the Russian Federation / the Chechen Republic. Impunity for Kyrgyz secret services
