The main purpose of this Human Rights House is to encourage networking by setting up systems for the institutionalisation of development and implementation of the networking concept among its members. It aims at creating a situation where co-operation and collaboration will make it possible for human rights organisations to jointly design and implement projects - e.g., a healthy modus operandi that has so far been elusive in the competition for scarce resources.
