On November 18th 2008, Human Rights House civil society organization was founded. At the assembly following organizations agreed to jointly establish the HRH Zagreb:

• Association for Promotion of Equal Opportunities for people with Disabilities - UPIM / APEO;
• Association for Protection and Promotion of Mental Health - Svitanje;
• Center for Peace Studies Zagreb - CMS;
• Centre for Dealing with the Past - Documenta;
• Civic Committee for Human Rights - GOLJP;
• Women's Human Rights Group „Be active, be emancipated – B.a.B.e.“
