Drop all charges against Leonid Sudalenka

Human Rights Houses Foundation wrote to the Central District Court in Belarus to appeal to the Court to drop charges against prominent human rights lawyer Leonid Sudalenka, which relate to his participating in and monitoring and reporting on recent peaceful protests. No Progress on Key Reforms

The Extractive Industries Transparency Initiative (EITI), a prominent international coalition, should suspend Azerbaijan’s membership for failing to carry out key reforms, a coalition of 21 groups including Human Rights Watch, ARTICLE 19, and International Media Support said today.
