Social Partnership Foundation
Moscow Regional Public Charity Foundation “Social Partnership” was founded in 1997 by Galina Starovoytova, well-known human rights activists and deputies of the first and second convocations of the State Duma (later shot in St Petersburg), Valery Borshchev, Ella Pamfilova, and other eminent Russian political and public figures. The Foundation's main mission is to assist in building a Russian state governed by the rule-of-law, building civil society, the protection of human rights, and the development and consolidation of the ideas of charity, social service, non-violence, tolerance, the development of philanthropy, and social partnership between different sectors of Russian society.
