The Human Rights House Network is present in four regions, which are our top priority:

• Balkans
• Caucasus and Eastern Europe
• East and Horn of Africa
• Western Europe

The Secretariat of the Network has prepared a Manual on Establishing a Human Rights House, which aims at assisting human rights organisations that wish to establish new Human Rights Houses and join the international Human Rights House Network.

New membership applications are considered by the International Advisory Board biannually.
